We’re bringing you a full-lunch event of homemade everything...pasta, warm desserts, ice cream, and perhaps an unreasonable amount of butter. We're gathering at Assemble & Co, a bright new space tucked away in the city with an airy dining room and a charming little garden pocket.
If you've ever wondered how much butter is too much butter, we're about to conduct a highly unscientific experiment. Expect a leisurely afternoon filled with good food, good company, and enough dairy with such unique and complex flavour you will want more, guaranteed.
Beyond the menu, this gathering is a celebration of craftsmanship, generosity, and the joy of making things from scratch. It is an invitation to slow down, savour each course, and spend a few hours immersed in the simple pleasure of a thoughtfully prepared meal.
